Inspections of Regular Member and Transfer Membership
are required at the time of the Inn's acceptance into
the Association.
The Purpose of the Arkansas Innkeepers Association is to
promote the bed and breakfast, cabin and cottages and
their partners, in the State of
Arkansas by serving as a voice of professional
independent innkeepers and advocate on their behalf;
Broadening public understanding of the Arkansas lodging
industry; Providing opportunities for peer interaction
and professional education; Developing and maintaining
standards for quality and hospitality for member inns of
the Association; Promoting tourism in the state of
Arkansas as it relates to the lodging
industry; Establishing programs to promote new
memberships within the Association.
As a new member, you
will benefit from networking with others willing to
share their experiences. Those who give often benefit as
much as those who receive. To become a member, all
applicants for regular or associate membership shall
complete the application, which shall be submitted to
the principal officers of the Association. Admission
decisions shall be made in accordance with the
Association's policies and procedures. New Members please mail your brochure, a photo and a brief description of
your lodging establishment. Please include directions if in
a remote area. Payment may be made in the form of
a check made payable to AIA and mailed
